Trying to find...
British Antarctic Oral History Project, trying to find people who were south in the 1950's, 1960's and 1970's and women who went south later and who are not current members of BAS Club. Interviews typically take around two hours at your home or wherever is convenient. We also do interviews at reunions. If you are having your own reunion or would like to consider being interviewed or just want more information on the project (we are always after volunteers!), please e-mail details such as where you were based (ship or station), your job and years plus anything else you think is relevant. This project is not confined to FIDS/BAS personnel. It is jointly run with BAS, the UKAHT, BAS Club and SPRI with UKAHT being the major funder. Many thanks, Amanda Lynnes, Project coordinator, UKAHT
