Another ingenious solution, to the left is a fish-spear made out of bone and teeth, the central sharpened bone spike spears the fish while the two incurved teeth prevent it from slipping off and escaping. In a world where metal was almost totally absent and wood scarce, the Inuit made the most of their limited resources to incredible effect.
