The lower slopes of a glacier picked out by the sun towards evening. The dark ridge in front of the glacier is the terminal moraine made mainly of rock pieces from dust up to small stones though with some larger pieces amongst them. This rock has been transported by the glacier on its path down through the mountains until it finally melts out, the darker streaks and regions are where exactly that is happening.
