Ny Alesund, Svalbard - 6 - Chinese Research Station

It's a bit odd walking around Ny Ålesund amongst all of the research buildings, each one presumably having a slice of the country of origin inside. This is the Chinese station which looks exactly like all of the others except for this pair of large carved lions on either side of the door and which give it an air of a Chinese takeaway particularly as the rest looks fairly European.
