As I recall the outside temperature was about -84 deg F (-64C) not including windchill.  I had to wind the film very, very slowly to avoid breaking the film strip.  The bright light on the right is the opening of the vehicle and maintenance building.  The red colored Skylab appears to the left of the geodesic dome.
