All of our food was canned, frozen, dried, etc., until flights were resumed in the Spring. Charlie did a super job of feeding us.
Surprisingly, the favorite dessert was soft ice cream! Hot chocolate was the favorite beverage.
When flights resumed, on one flight we had fresh eggs, prompting everyone to pig out on 2 boiled, 2 fried, then 2 poached - anything but scrambled. Then when we first had fresh lettuce and tomatoes we all had BLT sandwiches (using our canned bacon.)
