Ready to Jump in the Hole. I always found this a worrying moment. "Here's a hole in the ice - you will now enter the sea beneath it dressed in scuba gear and hope that you don't plummet like a stone to the bottom" - it was ok once you were in as by that time you'd gone past the feeling that it was a stupid idea.
